In the spring of 2018, Irina embarked on a transformative journey of self-discovery and empowerment, transitioning from a decade-long tenure at the same company that spanned three continents. This significant shift marked a new chapter without the familiar daily job routine, sparking a profound awakening within her. Beyond striving to cultivate a professional image and make a meaningful impact in her previous organization, she recognized a more profound mission: to ignite change, shed limiting beliefs, and invite others to join her in realizing their full potential. This realization highlighted the importance of self-belief and the power of leading by example to drive meaningful change.
Motivated by a newfound sense of empowerment, Irina initiated a transformative journey. She evolved from an unknown figure in her industry to an accomplished author, TEDx speaker, and respected professional within her community. With her sister Jo, she also founded SISTERLY, a community of like-minded women growing together to their full potential by liberating their Mindshit and achieving a Mindshift collectively. When Irina isn’t contributing to her goal of closing the gender gap in the workplace and beyond, she has many other outside activities she enjoys. She is firm believer in the power of mindfulness through meditation and nutrition. She also loves taking long walks through Central Park with her dog Lester. And while these things energize and inspire her work, she has an adventurous side to her. She loves being a passenger on the back of a motorcycle, she is a music fiend, and can be found hitting various NYC party spots with her husband Chris.
